File Share
The File Share process allows users to share files with others. This process can be done via the file's link or by sharing the file as an email attachment. The sharing process can be customized with access permissions and expiration dates for the file.
Sharing Steps:

Share Options:

After selecting the file, click Share from the top menu or the right-click context menu.

Choose either Share as Link or Share as Email Attachment.

Share as Link generates a link for people who have access to the file.

Share as Email Attachment sends the file directly to recipients as an email attachment.

Access Settings:

In the Access menu, select how the recipients will be able to view the file.
- Allow View: Allows users to only view the file.
- Allow Edit: Allows users to edit the file.
- Allow Download: Allows users to download the file.

Language Option: You can specify the language for the shared file (Turkish, English, etc.).

Expiration Date and Limit Count:
- Set the Expiration Date to define when the link will become invalid.
- Enter a Limit Count to define how many times the link can be clicked.

Recipient Information:
- Add recipient information in the To field.
- Use the Subject and Message fields to specify the content of the message sent to the recipients.

Finalizing the Share:
- After entering all information, click the Send button to initiate the sharing process.
- The Copy Link option allows copying the link to the clipboard.

- Access Permissions: You can control file editing, viewing, and downloading permissions during the sharing process.
- Link Expiration: By limiting the expiration date for the shared link, you can ensure secure sharing.
- Authorization: The file sharing process is available only to users who have Share Link and Send by Email permissions on the file.
